Why Techvaultgrid exists
A new job often arrives with momentum: a recruiter wants the contract returned, relocation plans are moving, and the candidate is expected to understand unfamiliar wording quickly. Techvaultgrid was formed to create a deliberate pause between receiving a German employment agreement and signing it.
Our work sits in that practical space. We explain what the document says, connect clauses that are easy to read in isolation, and help clients distinguish ordinary German employment terms from wording that deserves a question.
Who does the work
Reviews are led by Anna Keller, an employment adviser with experience supporting international hires and German professionals through offer-stage decisions. Her background includes HR policy interpretation, onboarding documentation and employee-side contract education. Where a matter requires formal legal advice or representation, it is referred to a German-qualified Rechtsanwalt rather than stretched beyond the service’s limits.
Our working principles
Read in context. A bonus clause means little without the plan it references; a remote-work promise may sit outside the contract; a notice term changes significance during probation.
Explain without theatre. Not every unusual sentence is a red flag. We identify consequences and uncertainties without manufacturing alarm.
Respect the decision. Some clients negotiate, some accept a known compromise, and others decline. The review supports an informed choice rather than prescribing one.
