Fees include VAT where applicable. The exact amount is confirmed in writing before you send the complete document and before any paid work starts.
What can change the quote
Length is only one factor. Referenced bonus plans, equity documents, intellectual-property schedules, multiple amendments, bilingual versions or an unusually short deadline can increase the reading required. We will explain the reason rather than adding work without consent.
Payment and scheduling
Once scope is agreed, the invoice and appointment details are sent by email. This website does not take payment. A consultation time is held after the agreed booking step is complete.
Urgent requests
Same-day review cannot be assumed. When capacity allows, urgent work may carry an additional fee stated before acceptance. If your deadline cannot be met responsibly, we will tell you promptly.
