Data we receive
We process contact details, enquiry content, appointment information, correspondence, billing records and documents you deliberately provide for a review. Please remove unnecessary identifiers and do not send passports, bank details, health records or residence documents through the contact form.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and contracted work are handled to take steps at your request and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Accounting records are retained to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Security, service administration and limited business correspondence may rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional analytics, if introduced, require consent.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Working copies of reviewed documents are deleted within 90 days after completion unless a shorter period is agreed or retention is needed for a dispute. Invoices and records subject to German statutory retention duties are held for the required period.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, email, secure document-transfer and accounting providers under appropriate agreements. We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. Where a provider transfers data outside it, we use an adequacy decision or suitable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary protections where required.
Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent prospectively. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Our cookie notice describes browser storage. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission is risk-free.
