1. Describe the decision
Use the contact form to name the review, your deadline, contract language and the questions already worrying you. At this stage, do not send passports, bank records or residence documentation.
2. Confirm scope and fee
We assess whether the request fits a complete review, a focused clause check or a comparison session. You receive the proposed scope, fee, expected delivery and secure transfer instructions. Nothing begins on an assumed fee.
3. Share the relevant papers
Provide a legible contract and the documents it directly incorporates, such as a bonus plan or role-specific schedule. A recruiter’s email may also matter when it describes something absent from the draft.
4. Receive the issue map
The written review follows the agreement’s own structure. It marks practical obligations, internal inconsistencies, missing promises and clauses you may want to query. The language aims to be precise without presenting every employer-friendly term as exceptional.
5. Discuss and prepare
In the video consultation, we work through your priorities and formulate clear questions for HR. You decide which points matter enough to raise and how the overall offer fits your circumstances.
6. Clarify one follow-up
The full review includes one short clarification email about the completed analysis within five business days. A materially revised agreement may require a new scope because changed wording needs a fresh reading.
Boundaries that protect the quality of the work
Techvaultgrid does not negotiate with employers, predict court outcomes, advise on visas or taxes, or represent clients in disputes. When your circumstances require those services, we will say so plainly.
