Acceptance and scope
These terms apply when you use this website or engage Techvaultgrid for employment contract education and review. A service engagement begins only when scope, fee and timing are confirmed in writing. Website information is general and does not create an adviser-client relationship.
Nature of guidance
We provide practical explanation of employment documents and preparation for offer-stage conversations. Unless expressly agreed through an appropriately qualified professional, we do not provide legal representation, tax advice, immigration advice or a guarantee of any employer response.
Client responsibilities
You must provide complete, legible and accurate documents, disclose the signing deadline, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data. You remain responsible for deciding whether to sign, negotiate or decline an offer.
Fees, cancellation and delivery
Fees and delivery estimates are confirmed before work begins. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund treatment follow our refund policy. Delivery may be delayed where referenced documents are missing or the agreed scope changes.
Intellectual property
Our written issue maps and consultation materials remain protected by copyright. You may use them personally for the reviewed employment decision and share relevant extracts with your professional advisers. Republishing, reselling or using them to train a commercial system is not permitted without written consent.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable loss directly caused by breach of the agreed service. We are not liable for an employer’s decision, undisclosed facts, changes made after review or reliance outside the stated scope. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.
Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Courts have jurisdiction according to applicable German procedural law; any exclusive venue clause applies only where legally valid.
Changes and contact
